As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the entire postal system is experiencing delays across the globe. Please know that everyone is working their absolute best to get parcels to you as soon as they can, so I kindly ask for your patience during these strange times.
Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
All orders are packed with love & care, mostly by myself and sometimes with the help of my partner.

If your delivery is taking longer than the estimated time and your order hasn't arrived yet, please try the following:
1. Double check that the delivery address on your order is correct.
2. Check in with your local post office using your tracking number, they might have your package.
3. After you have tried the above, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Some International packages may be subject to import & customs fees and it is the responsibility of the customer to familiarise themselves with fees relevant to their region.
Any customs, import or other relevant fees are the responsibility of the customer.
By law, it is required that we truthfully state the value of each item on the package.
I do my best to ensure my packaging supplies are as sustainable as possible by chosing supplies that are recycled/biodegradable/compostable where I can.
Prints: All prints are shipped seperate to other items, directly from my printer. They will be lined with tissue and shipped in a rigid tube for optimal protection.
Stickers: If you are ordering only stickers (and items smaller than A6) they will be in a shipped in a rigid cardboard box.
Books: Individual books will either come in a completely paper-based recyclable padded mailer with honeycomb paper padding for extra protection, OR a rigid cardboard book wrap.
Card decks: Individual card decks come in a bubble mailer.
Multiple items: Larger orders of products with a variety of shapes will be shipped in a rigid carboard box.
Refunds & replacements
If there is an issue with your order, please email me at email@example.com with your order number and the issue you are experiencing and I will get back to you with options for resolution :)
Please include photos if the items are damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you may be entitled to a partial refund or a replacement, however, I am not offering refunds for change of mind.
As an Australian business, I operate under the Australian retailer law by which the consumer guarantee states that consumer's are entitled to compensation for damaged, incorrect, or faulty items. This law also states that the consumer guarantee does not apply if a customer simply changes their mind (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, 2022).
If you are not home to receive your parcel and you do not collect your parcel within the time frame provided by your local post office, it will be returned back to me by default. It is the responsibility of the receiver to keep track of their delivery and collect their item from the post office when applicable. If your unclaimed parcel has been returned to me, then you are eligible for a refund of the items you have purchased, but not the shipping costs. Alternatively, if you would like your order to be re-sent, you will also be responsible for any shipping costs.
